Trust company

‘Trust’ is a legal relationship whereby a natural person or corporate entity, the trust maker, hands over a right to a second person or entity, the trustee, under the condition that he wouldn’t take advantage. The ownership of the property or right stays with the trust maker, who can give the trustee instructions on how to act. The trustee acts in his own name but always in the client’s interest. (The client is involved in a company but doesn’t want to be mentioned by name).
